The occurrence of medulloblastoma in two brothers is presented. The striking similarities between two cases in the sex, age of onset of symptoms, clinical manifestations and histological findings suggested a possible role of heredity in the etiology of this tumor.
本文报道了两兄弟患髓母细胞瘤的病例。两例在性别、症状出现年龄、临床表现及组织学特征上的显著相似性提示遗传因素在该肿瘤病因中可能起作用。
