Abstract
Cyclodialysis lens extraction is a safe, predictable procedure for simultaneous surgery of cataract and glaucoma. A few maneuvers outlined in this paper which differ from the cyclodialysis approach to the aphakic eye significantly reduce the problem of hyphema and corneal damage.
