Sarcoma of the kidney is rare. Report on a neonate aged 9 days with highly differentiated leiomyosarcoma of the right kidney. Diagnosis certain only histologically.
nephroblastoma, renal carcinoma, neuroblastoma, thrombosis of renal vein, hydronephrosis or cystic kidneys.
