[Ileovesical fistula in Crohn's disease (author's transl)].

Ileovesical fistulae are rare in Crohn's disease and may occur at any age and any stage of the disease. Typical diagnostic pointers are pneumaturia and fecaluria. Cystoscopy and the cystogram are important pointers to the diagnosis. Resection of the intestine and partial resection of the urinary bladder is the treatment of choice and leads to healing, as is demonstrated in the discussion of a case.
