Abstract

Based on histological findings, the patient had lichen planus. The clinical picture suggests Wolf's isotopic response on the site of healed herpes zoster. These conditions taken into account lead to the diagnosis of zosteriform lichen planus. Lichenoid papules in a dermatomal arrangement are extremely rare. The clinical, dermoscopic and histological features of this case are described.

根据组织学检查结果，该患者患有扁平苔藓。临床表现提示为愈合的带状疱疹部位出现的沃尔夫同位反应。综合考虑这些情况可诊断为带状疱疹样扁平苔藓。呈皮节分布的苔藓样丘疹极为罕见。本文描述了该病例的临床、皮肤镜及组织学特征。
