The values of the optimal stretch for the maximal responses of the rat mesenteric artery ring to electrical field stimulation (FES) or noradrenaline as well as for the maximal myogenic responses, tone, and maximal changes in these responses produced by low pH and dynamic sinusoidal stretch of the vessel wall were compared. The findings show that the magnitude of stretch corresponding to the maximal effect depend on the character of responses, on the factor, and on the responses occurrence conditions.
比较了大鼠肠系膜动脉环对电场刺激(FES)或去甲肾上腺素的最大反应、最大肌源性反应、张力以及由低pH和血管壁动态正弦拉伸引起的这些反应的最大变化的最佳拉伸值。研究结果表明,对应最大效应的拉伸幅度取决于反应的性质、因素以及反应发生的条件。
