Experiments on the rat mesenteric artery's segments at different degrees of its stretching showed no influence of acidosis or alkalosis on the vessel wall tension within a wide range of pH (7.8-6.6). Acidification of the solution (7.0 or 6.6) inhibited the vessel response to noradrenaline or electrical field stimulation (EFS). On the contrary, the acidification potentiated a constriction caused by the EFS at a high level of vascular tone.
对大鼠肠系膜动脉不同拉伸程度的节段进行的实验表明,在较宽的pH范围(7.8 - 6.6)内,酸中毒或碱中毒对血管壁张力没有影响。溶液酸化(至pH 7.0或6.6)会抑制血管对去甲肾上腺素或电场刺激(EFS)的反应。相反,在高血管张力水平下,酸化会增强由EFS引起的血管收缩。
