Peripapillary choroidal and retinal atrophy with tongue like extensions to the periphery are typical features of striate chorioiditis. They appear bilateraly in middle-aged persons and are of progressive course. A report on examination findings is made in a case with 20-year-old history. An abiotrophical process in the choroidea is discussed as cause of this disease.
