The FAA is making minor technical amendments to its drug and alcohol regulations final rule, which was effective August 1, 2001. Since publication of the final rule, we have become aware of minor corrections that need to be made to avoid confusion. The effect of this technical amendment will be to correct the rule language to reflect the intent of the final rule.
