Abstract

The use of cryosurgery in the tracheobronchial region has been established for a considerable time, and it has been proved to provide a safe, rapid, and effective method for the restoration of patency in blocked tracheobronchial lumen. It also improves symptoms, respiratory function, and quality of life. The technique is easy to perform, economical, has minimal complications, and is well tolerated by the patient. Cryosurgery often leads to sufficient improvement in the patients' condition such that they can tolerate further treatments, such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy, thus providing a better outcome and improved quality of life and survival.

冷冻手术在气管支气管区域的应用已经确立了相当长的时间,并且已被证明是一种恢复阻塞性气管支气管腔通畅的安全、快速且有效的方法。它还能改善症状、呼吸功能和生活质量。该技术操作简便、经济,并发症极少,患者耐受性良好。冷冻手术常常能使患者病情得到充分改善,从而能够耐受进一步的治疗,如放疗或化疗,进而带来更好的治疗效果、提高生活质量并延长生存期。
