Most women are at risk for numerous health problems after the age of 45. At this point, women are expected to have gone through the menstruation and its associated difficulties, potentially had problems with fibroids or with their fallopian tubes, and possibly have begun menopause. In view of these numerous problems, it was necessary to find out how women maintain and sustain their health after the age of 45. Fifty university women workers over 45 years of age were used for this study. A questionnaire was designed and administered and the data were analyzed using simple statistical techniques. The findings revealed the different types of health problems that women experience after 45 and indicated that many women even at this age do not know about health implications or coping strategies. Recommendations were made accordingly on how to improve the health of women over 45.
