Hepatitis A, one of the most widely extended liver infections in the world, particularly in developing countries, is now a preventable disease with a safe and effective vaccine.
The inactivated vaccine against hepatitis A is safe and effective in healthy people, as well as in patients with mild to moderate chronic liver disease without de-compensation, however vaccination has an uncertain effectiveness in patients with advanced cirrhosis and in liver transplant recipients.
甲型肝炎是世界上传播最广泛的肝脏感染疾病之一，尤其在发展中国家，现在它是一种可用安全有效疫苗预防的疾病。
甲型肝炎灭活疫苗在健康人群以及无失代偿的轻至中度慢性肝病患者中安全有效，然而在晚期肝硬化患者和肝移植受者中疫苗接种效果不确定。
