Abstract

Distribution of preparations in the order of reduction of the inhibitory influence on serotonin (ST) absorption by platelets corresponded to the distribution of the preparations, by decrease in the thymoanaleptic action: chlorimipramine greater than imipramine greater than amitryptiline desimpramine-nortyptyline-chlorprotixen greater than chlorpromaxine greater than norprotixen greater than protixen-propazine. A change in the influence of the preparation on the ST absorption by platelets caused by the administration into the structure of the chlorine atom compound or by demethylation of the preparation was largely determined by the chemical structure of the initial compound.

制剂对血小板5-羟色胺(ST)吸收抑制作用减弱顺序的分布与制剂的胸腺安定作用减弱顺序的分布相对应:氯米帕明大于丙咪嗪大于阿米替林、去甲丙咪嗪-去甲替林、氯丙噻吨大于氯丙嗪大于去甲丙噻吨大于丙噻吨-丙嗪。制剂因氯原子化合物结构引入或制剂去甲基化而对血小板ST吸收影响的变化,很大程度上取决于初始化合物的化学结构。
