Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the effect of endometrial microenvironment on pregnancy.

METHODS

The number of macrophage and nature kill (NK) cells in decidua and endometrium were determined in 19 cases of early pregnancy and 11 non-pregnant women respectively by cytometric analysis.

RESULTS

The percentages of macrophages (leukocyte antigen molecules CD14 positive) and NK cells (CD56 positive) were significantly increased in decidua of first trimester as compared with those in luteal endometrium (P < 0.01). The number of CD(56)(+)CD(16)(-) subset of NK cells increased significantly during early pregnancy. While the number of CD(56)(+)CD(16)(+) subset did not change.

CONCLUSION

The endometrial macrophages and NK cells may be involved in the mechanism of the fetal protective immune reaction during pregnancy.

目的

探讨子宫内膜微环境对妊娠的影响。

方法

分别采用细胞计数分析方法,测定19例早期妊娠妇女和11例未孕妇女蜕膜及子宫内膜中巨噬细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的数量。

结果

与黄体期子宫内膜相比,妊娠早期蜕膜中巨噬细胞(白细胞抗原分子CD14阳性)和NK细胞(CD56阳性)的百分比显著增加(P < 0.01)。妊娠早期NK细胞的CD(56)(+)CD(16)(-)亚群数量显著增加,而CD(56)(+)CD(16)(+)亚群数量未发生变化。

结论

子宫内膜巨噬细胞和NK细胞可能参与妊娠期间胎儿保护性免疫反应的机制。
