A 72-year-old woman was diagnosed as multiple myeloma. Her plasma contained IgG-cryoglobulin consisting of both kappa and lambda light chains and beta 1C/1A. Such unique cryoglobulinemia has been reported in 2 cases in the literature, but never in Japan.
一名72岁女性被诊断为多发性骨髓瘤。她的血浆中含有由κ和λ轻链以及β1C/1A组成的IgG冷球蛋白。文献中曾报道过2例这种独特的冷球蛋白血症,但在日本从未有过报道。
