Hypospadias with chordee and associated torsion can be corrected by a simple 1-step procedure. The repair is based on the procedure described by Allen and Spence but is modified to correct more severe degrees of hypospadias and chordee below skin level. The procedure is simple, involves minimal complications and justifies the repair of marginal defects.
