[Study of coagulation in patients with hypertension].

The coagulation process, on the background of humoral syndrome, were followed up in 73 patients with hypertonic disease in clinical conditions. The hypertonic disease develops with hyperlipemia, dysproteinemia and hypercoagulonemia and depression of the fibrinolytic system. During the first stage of the disease a tendency towards elevated susceptibility to coagulation was found, but with intensified fibrinolytic activity. With the development of the alterations, due to the hypertonic disease, the hypercoagulation is increased and the fibrinolytic system is depressed.
