The author informs about a modification of Wagner's method of termination of pregnancy after the first trimester. All 100 women aborted without major complications. Antibiotics were given prophylactically. A stimulation with an Oxytocin perfusion was necessary only in 3 cases. It is pointed out, that the transisthmicocervical intraamniotic way of injection of the saline solution is to be preferred in some aspects to the usual transabdominal way.
作者介绍了妊娠中期后终止妊娠的瓦格纳方法的一种改良。所有100名妇女均顺利流产，无重大并发症。预防性使用了抗生素。仅3例需要用催产素灌注进行刺激。文中指出，在某些方面，经宫颈峡部羊膜腔内注射生理盐水的方法比通常的经腹方法更可取。
