A case is reported of progressive bilateral sensorineural deafness and recurrent unilateral facial paralysis in a patient suffering from hypoglycaemia due to pancreatic Islet cell hyperplasia. Subtotal pancreatectomy was followed by resolution of hyperinsulinism and improvement of the hearing.
报告了一例因胰岛细胞增生导致低血糖的患者,出现进行性双侧感音神经性耳聋和复发性单侧面神经麻痹。次全胰腺切除术后,高胰岛素血症得到缓解,听力有所改善。
