Anticoagulation therapy in four hospital anticoagulation clinics in the Swedish county of Ostergötland was evaluated using statistical functions in a software package for patient management used by all four clinics. During the period 1998-2000 the degree of therapeutic control of anticoagulation differed between the four hospitals. However the overall quality of therapeutic control tended to be better than that reported from routine treatment at other centers and comparable to that found in randomized controlled trials of anticoagulation treatment of atrial fibrillation. The recorded frequency of complications was low but probably represents an underestimate, as there was no systematic follow-up of each patient at any of the hospitals. In the future, quality control of clinical follow-up of anticoagulation treatment must be improved. There is also a need for more user-friendly and flexible software packages.
利用瑞典东约特兰郡四家医院抗凝门诊均使用的一款患者管理软件包中的统计功能，对这四家医院的抗凝治疗进行了评估。在1998年至2000年期间，四家医院的抗凝治疗控制程度存在差异。然而，治疗控制的总体质量往往优于其他中心常规治疗报告的质量，且与心房颤动抗凝治疗随机对照试验中的质量相当。记录的并发症发生率较低，但可能存在低估，因为四家医院均未对每位患者进行系统随访。未来，必须改进抗凝治疗临床随访的质量控制。还需要更用户友好、更灵活的软件包。
