Abstract

ATP increased the cytosolic Ca(2+) concentration (Ca) in neurons of ventral tegmental area acutely dissociated from rat brain. The ATP response was dependent on external Ca(2+) and Na(+), and was blocked by voltage-dependent Ca(2+) channel blockers. The results suggest that the ATP-induced depolarization increases Ca(2+) influx via voltage-gated Ca(2+) channels resulting in the increase in Ca.

摘要

三磷酸腺苷(ATP)可使从大鼠脑急性分离出的腹侧被盖区神经元的胞质钙浓度([Ca]i)升高。ATP反应依赖于细胞外钙和钠,并被电压依赖性钙通道阻滞剂阻断。结果表明,ATP诱导的去极化通过电压门控钙通道增加钙内流,导致[Ca]i升高。
