Abstract
An attempt was made to develop a new method for separate measurement of sterols of similar chemical structure--desmosterol, cholesterol, 7-dehydrocholesterol--by means of thin-layer and gas-liquid chromatography. Fluoroanalogues of the sterols were well separated in the adsorbent thin layer. This facilitated their further identification, quantitation and accumulation. Similar results were obtained with the aid of gas liquid chromatography.

尝试开发一种新方法，通过薄层色谱法和气液色谱法分别测定化学结构相似的甾醇——去氢胆固醇、胆固醇、7-脱氢胆固醇。这些甾醇的氟代类似物在吸附剂薄层中得到了很好的分离。这便于它们的进一步鉴定、定量和富集。借助气液色谱法也获得了类似的结果。
