Cat scratch disease developed on a 40-year-old wife was reported. Umbilicated papules closely resembling those in herpetic skin infection development on the areas which had been scratched by a cat a week ago. Obtained findings in the present case led us to a speculation that this disease was caused by herpes virus. 72 cases of this disease have been reported in Japan, and they were reviewed in the present paper.
据报道，一名40岁的女性患上了猫抓病。一周前被猫抓伤的部位出现了脐凹状丘疹，与疱疹性皮肤感染时出现的丘疹极为相似。本病例的检查结果使我们推测该病是由疱疹病毒引起的。日本已报道过72例该疾病，本文对这些病例进行了回顾。
