Abstract
Referring to six cases of our own we comment on indication and operative procedures with uretero-ileo-cystoplasty. Postoperative complications as stone-formation, urinary infection, stenosis of anastomosis etc. are discussed. In spite of vesico-renal reflux with every case longterm-results seem rather sufficient in four of our cases.
