Abstract

Using bronchospirometry and rheography the external respiration and hemodynamics of the minor circulatory circuit were studied in 164 patients with suppurative processes in the lung. Ventilatory-respiratory indices were found to be reduced in the affected and "healthy" lung. A correlative dependence between the gravity of respiratory disorders and the state of the minor circulation hemodynamics was proved statistically.

利用支气管肺量计和血流描记法，对164例肺部有化脓性病变的患者的肺微循环的外呼吸和血液动力学进行了研究。发现患侧肺和“健侧”肺的通气-呼吸指数均降低。经统计学证实，呼吸障碍的严重程度与微循环血液动力学状态之间存在相关性。
