Cardiovascular complications--coronary heart disease and hypertension--are frequently present in diabetic patients and confer a very poor prognosis. Prevention and adequate pharmacologic treatment are considered as very important problem in proper management of diabetic population. This paper presents current knowledge on available pharmacological treatment strategies in these patients.
心血管并发症——冠心病和高血压——在糖尿病患者中很常见，且预后很差。预防和适当的药物治疗被认为是糖尿病患者合理管理中的一个非常重要的问题。本文介绍了目前关于这些患者可用药物治疗策略的知识。
