From the standpoint of polyethiological methods of treating children's neuropsychiatric disorder images, the present paper is concerned with the question of environmental morbific agents which play a part in the genesis of these disorders. The results have made it clear that children of divorced marriages have to be treated at medical establishments for psychiatric disorders more frequently than those coming from normal family relationships, with a marked dependence on the environment to be observed in certain groups of diagnoses. The encephalopathic child must be regarded as being particularly endangered. Suggestions are given as to the prophylaxis of such disorders, which must primarily be oriented towards the family.
从儿童神经精神障碍影像的多病因治疗方法的角度来看，本文关注的是在这些疾病的发生过程中起作用的环境致病因素问题。结果表明，父母离异家庭的儿童因精神疾病到医疗机构就诊的频率高于来自正常家庭关系的儿童，在某些诊断组中明显存在对环境的依赖性。必须将脑病患儿视为特别易受伤害的群体。文中针对此类疾病的预防提出了建议，预防措施必须主要以家庭为导向。
