[A case of thalassemia minor and twin pregnancy].

In the case of anaemias resistent to therapeutics during pregnancy, especially with patients from the countries around the Mediterranean Sea, the presence of a Thalassaemia must be taken into consideration from the point of view of a differential diagnosis. The course and the uncertainties of such a case are described and the therapeutical measures discussed.
