Four cases of congenital duodenal adhesions are reported. Primary treatment was the freeing of adhesions, but gastrojejunostomy was also necessary in one patient. The patients have now been followed for from 6 months to 3 1/2 years after operation, and are all well. Diagnois is difficult and can be confused with ulcer. In 2 patients, preoperative differential diagnois included duodenal adhesions, but the other 2 patients underwent laparotomy on the prospective diagnosis of duodenal ulcer.
本文报告了4例先天性十二指肠粘连病例。主要治疗方法是松解粘连，但有1例患者还需要进行胃空肠吻合术。目前，这些患者在术后已随访6个月至3年半，情况均良好。诊断困难，可能会与溃疡混淆。在2例患者中，术前鉴别诊断包括十二指肠粘连，但另外2例患者是基于十二指肠溃疡的前瞻性诊断而接受了剖腹手术。
