Abstract
Two cases of Imerslund's disease are reported, with special reference to the treatment with vitamin B 12. Data suggest that mean corpuscular volume and urinary excretion of methylmalonic acid are the most sensitive parameters to follow the effect of the treatment and predict the relapse.
