Six cases of Wiliams syndrome have been observed. In 3 children the supravalvular aortic stenosis was diagnosed in infancy. The diagnosis was based upon the triad of symptoms: 1) supravalvular aortic stenosis, 2) typical appearance of the patient, 3) considerable mental disability.
已观察到6例威廉姆斯综合征患者。在3名儿童中，婴儿期诊断出主动脉瓣上狭窄。诊断基于三联征症状：1）主动脉瓣上狭窄，2）患者的典型外貌，3）严重智力残疾。
