[Chronic gastric ulcer penetrating into the heart].

A case of penetration of chronic gastric ulcer into the thickness of the posterior wall of the heart in a 65-year-old female patient is described. Rupture of the wall at the site of penetration caused hemorrhage into the gastric cavity and the patient died due to loss of blood.
