This Order sets forth the conditions under which the French Community of Belgium will subsidize child home care services. Among the conditions are the following 1) that the services accept children who are not accepted elsewhere because of the irregularity of their length of stay or of their health and 2) that they offer periodic preventative medical supervision to the children. Further provisions of the order describe the method of calculation of subsidies. Another Order of 29 January 1988, issued by the Executive of the French Community, sets forth in greater detail the medical conditions required of child home care services and health care to be provided to children at such services. It also sets forth other conditions with which such services must comply. See Moniteur belge, 9 June 1988.
