Abstract
This Order sets prices and conditions in the Niger for permits for the commercial exploitation of wood used for various purposes, including firewood. The Order also abolishes the special free permit for cutting wood for family needs and replaces it with a permit whose price is set in Decree No. 87-37/PCMS/MHE. No more than two steres per month can be cut under this permit.
