Involvement of the brain and meninges is rare in cases of Wegener granulomatosis, occurring in 2% to 8% of cases. Meningeal involvement in association with Wegener granulomatosis has scarcely been reported as being confined to the dura mater of brain on images and is thought to represent granulomatous infiltration. There are a few reported cases of Wegener granulomatosis that document involvement of dura at the level of the spinal cord. We present the case of a 52-year-old man with Wegener granulomatosis involving the cervical spinal dura and include detailed MR imaging findings.
韦格纳肉芽肿病累及脑和脑膜的情况罕见，发生率为2%至8%。韦格纳肉芽肿病合并脑膜受累的情况鲜有报道，影像学上仅局限于硬脑膜，被认为是肉芽肿性浸润。有少数报道的韦格纳肉芽肿病病例记录了脊髓水平硬脑膜的受累情况。我们报告一例52岁男性韦格纳肉芽肿病累及颈段脊髓硬脑膜的病例，并包括详细的磁共振成像表现。
