Two new isoflavones, 6, 3', 4'-trimethoxy-7, 8, 5'-trihydroxyisoflavone (1), 7, 4'-dimethoxy-8, 3', 5'-trihydroxy-6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylisoflavone (2), and 5, 3, 3'-trihydroxy-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavanone (3) have been isolated from the underground parts of Iris potaninii along with known isoflavones (4-8) and iriflophenone (9). The structures of the new compounds were determined using NMR and mass spectroscopic methods.
从波氏鸢尾的地下部分分离出了两种新的异黄酮,即6, 3', 4'-三甲氧基-7, 8, 5'-三羟基异黄酮(1)、7, 4'-二甲氧基-8, 3', 5'-三羟基-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基异黄酮(2)以及5, 3, 3'-三羟基-7, 4'-二甲氧基黄烷酮(3),同时还分离出了已知的异黄酮(4 - 8)和鸢尾黄酮(9)。通过核磁共振和质谱方法确定了新化合物的结构。
