The results of surgical treatment of 1491 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, complicated by gastrointestinal hemorrhage, were analyzed. Among 757 patients, operated on, there were performed truncal vagotomy, selective proximal vagotomy, pyloroduodenoplasty, duodenoplasty, gastric resection, sectoral gastric resection. Application of elaborated lifesaving active individually-rational tactics have permitted to lower the total and postoperative mortality in occurrence of the ulcer gastroduodenal hemorrhage.
分析了1491例胃十二指肠溃疡合并胃肠道出血患者的外科治疗结果。在接受手术的757例患者中，实施了迷走神经干切断术、选择性近端迷走神经切断术、幽门十二指肠成形术、十二指肠成形术、胃切除术、胃部分切除术。采用精心制定的挽救生命的积极个体化合理策略，得以降低胃十二指肠溃疡出血时的总体死亡率和术后死亡率。
