[Vesico-uterine fistulae].

The authors are reporting 3 cases of uteravesical fistula due to cesarean section or difficult childbirth. They underline rarity of those complications and present a general review of 103 cases. Clinical aspect depends on the kind of the fistula : there may be either pseudo-incontinence, or hematuria-amenorrhea-continence, or a mixed syndrome. Diagnosis is essentially based on radiology examination and operative treatment always gives complete satisfaction.
