Abstract
A case of a 31-years-old male with pathologic rupture of the spleen and hemoperitoneum, caused by a primitive hemangiosarcoma and occurred during a weight-lifting is described. A metastatic involvement of the liver was also noted. The patient was splenectomized and died within 2 months.

本文描述了一例31岁男性患者，因原发性血管肉瘤在举重过程中导致脾脏病理性破裂和腹腔积血，同时还发现有肝脏转移。患者接受了脾切除术，术后2个月内死亡。
