In the peritoneal fluid of 18-21-day-old rat embryos the lymphocytes form groups and give an intensive yellow - histamine - fluorescence. The group contain myeloid elements, too. After birth the fluorescence disappears.
在18至21日龄大鼠胚胎的腹腔液中，淋巴细胞聚集成群，并发出强烈的黄色——组胺——荧光。这些细胞群中也含有髓样细胞成分。出生后，荧光消失。
