NO-therapy was used in 40 patients with purulent wounds of soft tissues. Bacteriological, cytological and morphological examinations demonstrated acceleration of wound process compared with control group (40 patients without NO-therapy). Laser doppler flowmetry demonstrated significant improvement of microcirculation in wound zone during NO-therapy. This method shortens by 3-5 days the time of preparation of wound surface for surgical closure.
对40例软组织化脓性伤口患者采用一氧化氮(NO)疗法。细菌学、细胞学和形态学检查表明,与对照组(40例未接受NO疗法的患者)相比,伤口愈合进程加快。激光多普勒血流仪显示,在进行NO疗法期间,伤口区域的微循环有显著改善。该方法使伤口表面为手术缝合做准备的时间缩短了3至5天。
