Abstract
In the paper some basic data concerning Noonan syndrome were reminded. Then the case of 8 year old boy suffering from above mentioned syndrome coexisting with essential arterial hypertension was described. Such coexistence has been probably reported for the first time. Arterial hypertension in the described case was successfully treated with atenolol.

本文回顾了一些关于努南综合征的基础数据。然后描述了一名8岁男孩的病例，该男孩患有上述综合征并伴有原发性动脉高血压。这种共存情况可能是首次报道。所描述病例中的动脉高血压用阿替洛尔成功治愈。
