Abstract

A rare case of successful pregnancy and delivery of a patient with Hereditary angioedema is described. The complications of the disease during pregnancy are described as well as the possibilities for their prevention. The delivery was accomplished without complications and the preoperative preparations are listed. The treatment of HAE in general is divided into two groups: short-term (Fresh frozen plasma) and long-term prophylaxis (antifibrinolytic agents, androgen therapy) and acute treatment (epinephrine, steroids, antihistamines, eventually tracheotomy).

本文描述了一例遗传性血管性水肿患者成功妊娠并分娩的罕见病例。文中还介绍了该疾病在孕期的并发症以及预防措施。分娩过程顺利无并发症，并列出了术前准备情况。遗传性血管性水肿的治疗总体上分为两组：短期治疗（新鲜冷冻血浆）和长期预防（抗纤溶药物、雄激素疗法）以及急性治疗（肾上腺素、类固醇、抗组胺药，必要时行气管切开术）。
