Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To optimize hydrolysis conditions of Dioscorea nipponica so as to provide parameters for extracting diosgenin in industry.

METHODS

The optimum hydrolysis conditions were investigated using diosgenin as an index with uniform design and high performance liquid chromatography method.

RESULTS

The optimum conditions were as follows: the hydrochloric acid concentration was 2.5 mol/L, solid-liquid rate was 1:5, the reaction temperature was 140 degrees C, the reaction time was 4.0 h, the mix round speed was 120 r/min.

CONCLUSION

The content of diosgenin under the optimum hydrolysis conditions is raised, and the hydrochloric acid concentration should be strictly controlled because of its large influences on the results.

摘要

目的

优化穿龙薯蓣的水解条件,为工业提取薯蓣皂苷元提供参数。

方法

以薯蓣皂苷元为指标,采用均匀设计和高效液相色谱法研究最佳水解条件。

结果

最佳条件如下:盐酸浓度为2.5mol/L,固液比为1:5,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为4.0小时,搅拌转速为120转/分钟。

结论

最佳水解条件下薯蓣皂苷元含量提高,且盐酸浓度对结果影响较大,应严格控制。
