Two cases are presented in which an association between unilateral renal agenesis and multiple skeletal abnormalities is found. The pathologic agents responsible for the URA act similarily on other organ systems, including the skeleton. The skeletal abnormality can be diagnosed easily and promptly and may be an indicator for anomalies in other systems as well, especially the urogenital system.
本文报告了两例单侧肾发育不全与多发性骨骼异常相关的病例。导致单侧肾发育不全的病理因素对包括骨骼在内的其他器官系统也有类似作用。骨骼异常能够轻松且迅速地被诊断出来，并且可能也是其他系统尤其是泌尿生殖系统异常的一个指标。
