Abstract

A 53-year-old woman who had been treated for rectal cancer was admitted to our hospital with edema, abdominal distension, and general fatigue. Abdominal CT showed multiple liver metastases and paraaortic lymph node metastases. After she was administered irinotecan by hepatic arterial infusion, the liver metastases decreased and paraaortic lymph node metastases were remarkably reduced in size.

摘要

一名曾接受过直肠癌治疗的53岁女性因水肿、腹胀和全身乏力入住我院。腹部CT显示多发肝转移和腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移。在对她进行肝动脉灌注伊立替康治疗后，肝转移灶减少，腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移灶大小明显缩小。
