Abstract
We report about a woman, 20 years old, who get a chorionepitheliom with pulmonary metastasis. We treated not by operation but by cytostatics Methotrexat and Actinomycin D over 40 days. The remission of the tumor was significant but accompanied by considerable toxic sideeffects.--18 months after this, we finished a new pregnancy by sectio caesarea without any complications for wife or child.

我们报告了一名20岁的女性，她患有绒毛膜上皮癌并伴有肺转移。我们没有采用手术治疗，而是使用了细胞抑制剂甲氨蝶呤和放线菌素D进行了40多天的治疗。肿瘤的缓解非常显著，但伴有相当严重的毒副作用。——在此之后18个月，我们通过剖腹产使她顺利完成了一次新的妊娠，对母亲和孩子均未造成任何并发症。
