Different variants of anterograde atrioventricular conduction of excitation were distinguished basing on data obtained from 150 patients with paroxysmal reciprocal atrioventricular nodal tachycardias. Excitation conduction during programmed and accelerating atrial transesophageal pacing allowed to assess characteristics of excitation conduction along fast and slow conduction pathways in atrioventricular node. Some parameters were suggested that allowed to predict possibility of detection of different variants of anterograde atrioventricular conduction of excitation. Electrophysiological mechanisms of detection of various types of atrioventricular conduction curves are discussed.
根据从150例阵发性折返性房室结心动过速患者获得的数据,区分了激动的顺行性房室传导的不同变体。程控心房经食管起搏和加速心房经食管起搏期间的激动传导,有助于评估房室结内快、慢传导路径的激动传导特征。提出了一些参数,可用于预测检测激动的顺行性房室传导不同变体的可能性。本文还讨论了各种类型房室传导曲线检测的电生理机制。
