Abstract
Antiserum to Staphylococcus aureus strain 17 was treated with S. aureus strain 61218 until the antibodies against thermostable agglutinogen were removed. The absorbed serum agglutinated phage-typable as well as phageuntypable staphylococci of human biotype, whether recovered from people or from dogs.

用金黄色葡萄球菌61218株处理抗金黄色葡萄球菌17株的抗血清，直至去除针对耐热凝集原的抗体。吸收后的血清能凝集人源生物型的可噬菌体分型和不可噬菌体分型的葡萄球菌，无论这些葡萄球菌是从人还是从狗身上分离得到的。
