To develop and utilize the bee plants and bee products in Changbai Mountain area, the representative area of alpine plants in northeast China featuring abundant resources of bee plants.
The pollen of bee plants was observed and studied by LM and SEM.
The pollen is morphologically oblate, suboblate, spheroidal and prolate. The external sculpture is commonly reticulate, striate and echinulate.
Plant pollen identification criteria have been furnished for the development of bee plant resources as well as the inspection of bee products in Changbai Mountain area.
为开发利用中国东北高寒植物代表性区域——长白山地区的蜜源植物和蜂产品,该地区蜜源植物资源丰富。
通过光学显微镜(LM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对蜜源植物花粉进行观察和研究。
花粉形态为扁球形、近扁球形、球形和长球形。外壁纹饰常见为网状、条纹状和小刺状。
为长白山地区蜜源植物资源开发及蜂产品检验提供了植物花粉鉴别标准。
